Qld: Major parties must do better, says ATSIC

BRISBANE, Feb 5 AAP - Comments on report cards of the major parties contesting Saturday's
Queensland election would read "Must do better", acting ATSIC chairman Lionel Quartermaine
said.

He said Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voters represented a significant electoral
force whose votes would be especially effective in marginal seats.
