NSW: Report had warned of high arson risk in Blue Mts
SYDNEY, Jan 2 AAP - A report completed six months ago warned of the high risk of arsonattacks in the Blue Mountains, now ablaze with fires suspected of being deliberately lit.
The warnings about arson attacks were made in a bushfire management report that alsowarned of a significant risk of fatalities and loss of property, The Daily Telegraph reportedtoday.
According to the newspaper, the hunt for one or a number of serial arsonists was nowunder way, with the investigating body, Taskforce Tronto, said to be "hot on the trail"
of a suspect.
